  • All payment options are accepted- Cash, Cheque, EFT, Credit Card and direct Transfer. If paying with cash, please have the correct change on the day.

  • Yes, my business is COVID-19 SAFE. I (Eddie) am fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as are my technician assistants. If you have concerns, please don’t hesitate to confirm with me before your service to ensure I am well and have no symptoms.

    Should either party develop symptoms or test positive, we can reschedule the appointment, or take the following measures to reduce the risk:

    • Practicing Social Distancing

    • Practice good hygiene, in particular regarding sneezing and/or coughing and hand washing.

    • Ventilating the house before I arrive and while I am there unless advised otherwise.

    • I will follow the recommended hygiene practises and wear appropriate PPE as required - ie mask, gloves and safety glasses.

    Please also call me to discuss anti-viral and anti-bacterial options for your air conditioner - these include cleaning and fitting devices that kill viruses and bacteria by exposure to UV Light (chemical-free).

    The best way to check if a technician holds a current ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence is to use the ‘ARC Licence Check’ facility on the official website. Here you can see if their licence is current and what type of licence they hold.
